Reverend Kenneth A. Frazier – Senior Minister- pastorfcchurch@comcast.net

Rev. Ken Frazier was ordained by the United Church of Christ and the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in 1982 and has served congregations as settled pastor and interim pastor in Cheshire, New Britain, Meriden, Weston, and Monroe.  Most recently he served the First Congregational Church of Watertown. 

He holds a BA degree from Bethany College, Master of Divinity and Master of Sacred Theology degrees from Yale University.  He has pursued post-graduate studies in counseling at St. Joseph College, West Hartford, and doctoral degree studies at Hartford Seminary. 

Ken is an avid amateur photographer, and he takes great pleasure in his children and grandchildren, art, museums, woodworking, computers, reading and writing.  His great interests in ministry, aside from visiting his parishioners, are adult learning and personal transformation through mature Bible study.  We hope that as you get to know him, you’ll find that you have many shared interests that will bring us into an even closer relationship with a fine gentleman and teacher of God’s Word.

Billy O. Cotner – Assistant Treasurer- fcchurch02@comcast.net

Billy became a member of Second Congregational Church in 1953.  He and was in the military during WWII.  Bill retired from the Air Force where he was an Electronics Officer and Navigator.  After the military, he retired from TV Engineers Service Co. in 1988, where he was the manager and Vice President.  After several years as Assistant Treasurer of First Church, he became Treasurer in 1999.  He lives in Waterbury with his wife, Gloria.
Roxanne Anthony – Office Manager – rox252@comcast.net

Roxanne has been here at First Church since January 1995. Her responsibilities include preparing weekly worship bulletins and monthly newsletters, board meeting minutes, scholarship applications, mailings, coordinates scheduling of weddings and baptisms, building use applications, purchasing. Roxanne knows the ins and outs of First Church and is able to answer all office related questions. She resides in Waterbury with her daughter Katie.
Kristen Perham – Financial Secretary - kristen.perham@comcast.net

Kristen joined the First Church staff January 2006. She handles all the day-to-day finances of the church. Kristen moved here in October 2005 from Los Angeles with a background in the entertainment industry where she worked in a accounting firm as a full charge business manger for 25 clients and their corporations for 9 years. She now lives in Bristol with her husband Scott who is a photographer and her son Zephyr.
Lester Auchmoody – Building Superintendent – les46@comcast.net

Lester has been employed by First Church for over 25 years. He is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the building and grounds. He has a background in automotive and truck mechanics; Les is a jack of all trades and uses this knowledge in his work here. Lester and his wife Ginny are members of First Church and reside in Waterbury with their sons.
Brian Keifer – Sexton – brian5533@comcast.net

Brian joined our staff in November 2006. Brian is in charge of the building cleanliness and its grounds. With varied background in the building trades, he also runs his own lawn service. Brian presently resides in Watertown.

Stewart Crouse – Youth Director – stewartcrouse@comcast.net

Stewart grew up at First Church.  He is working toward a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree with a concentration in Music.  He works part-time as Youth Director planning youth group activities and part-time as Organist and Choir Director at Prospect Congregational Church.  Stewart resides in Waterbury.
